Active Debt Recovery Australia Pty Ltd allows a 10 day cooling off period . This period begins the day you sign up with us. If you need to cancel a membership that has been processed, you must speak directly to an employee.  If an invoice has already been lodged with us for collection and Mercantile actions have commenced, a 30% cancellation fee is applicable.
